Terms and conditions


These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Uhipwear AB and will exclude the application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Uhipwear AB unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Uhipwear AB.


Price and payment

Every product is shown including VAT for the customers within the EU and excluding VAT for other countries. If you live outside the EU you will pay the taxes and fees according to your country's regulations.



The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual products.

In case of Uhipwear has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Uhipwear have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products undercarriage unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relationship or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Uhipwear.


Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.


Returning products

For EU customers returning a product is to be done at our expense, using the pre-paid label. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages. Read more about return and exchange.


Return policy

Uhipwear's return period is 14 days.

Uhipwear shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but the latest within 30 days of the product being returned. Customers living outside the EU are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product.

Notice! The cost of the shipment will not be refunded.

In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day Uhipwear has informed you about the product.

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

When returning a product:

  • You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
  • You must not have used the product, however, you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.



Our promotional offers are time-limited and cannot be used for orders made before or after the promotional period. Some products are published in limited edition and others are incredibly popular and are sold quickly during promotions. We reserve ourselves because products can run out of stock.

We adapt our prices in relation to trends, inventory status and demand from our customers. Price adjustments or promotions do not entitle a price difference refund.

If you have purchased several goods in a so-called package offer or "buy 3 pay for 2" and you are returning parts of it, the invoice will be adjusted to ordinary prices. If you want to change size, please contact customer service.

Since our campaigns are timed, they apply only during the period set out for each campaign. Unfortunately, if you ordered before or after, you are not eligible for the campaign price.

If you acted shortly before the promotional period, you are of course welcome to return your order and buy about your order at the discounted price. If so, follow our return policy.


Guarantees and services

All of our products have a 1-year warranty and a 3-year reclamation right according to the Swedish law called “konsumentköplagen”. The product warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you have purchased a defected product, in accordance with Konsumentköplagen, you are entitled to a free repair, a product replacement or cancellation of the purchase and monitory reimbursement. Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as the warranty.

Although Konsumentköplagen doesn't include business to business purchases, Uhipwear gives retailers the same rights as a consumer.


Force majeure

Uhipwear is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
