Terms for Customer Reviews

By submitting a customer review through Lipscore for any of our products or a service review, you grant Uhipwear AB, [556839-4687], hereinafter referred to as “Uhip” or “we,” a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use all written reviews in connection with the company’s marketing and/or advertising, including, but not limited to, the webshop, newsletters, catalogs, emails, other customer communications, in-store materials, and other marketing purposes.

Furthermore, you grant Uhip the right to review submissions prior to publication. We will only publish comments containing relevant information about a product, helping other customers make informed decisions and gain a clearer understanding of the product. Therefore, comments deemed inappropriate, containing offensive or irrelevant language, will not be published. Uhip reserves the right to remove a customer review at any time, for example, if it violates the above, the product is no longer available, or the review is otherwise outdated.

You hereby release Uhip from any claims for compensation for the use of your texts and any copyrights related to this material in connection with the aforementioned use, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uhip and all persons acting on its behalf from any claims, demands, and liabilities of any kind arising out of the described use of customer reviews. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice, but the Terms available to you at the time of submission will apply to that specific review. Please ensure you save a copy of the Terms, as we do not store or provide previous versions.

Please note that reviews can only be submitted by customers who have purchased the item and left the review through an email invitation to rate and review following their purchase. All reviews not in breach of our general terms and conditions will be published. Review ratings represent the median value of all published reviews for the specific item.
