We would like to share some useful information with you regarding two-way zippers that we received from our zipper supplier, YKK. If you find it difficult to close the zipper, especially when it's brand new, it may not be in the correct position at the bottom. To fix this, start by pulling both sliders up and down until they end up in the right position at the bottom. Then, ensure that the small fabric cover at the bottom of the zipper is folded all the way to the side. When you close the zipper, it should go all the way down to the bottom, and you should feel a small click indicating that it's in the right position. Once you have closed it a few times, it should work smoothly without any issues.
