We ship worldwide on uhipwear.com and uhipwear.de.
At this time it's not possible to ship outside Sweden if you place an order on uhip.se.

When will my order ship?
All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

How do I return a product?
You have 14 days from the date of pick up to return product(s) you bought on uhip.se/uhipwear.com/uhipwear.de free of charge*.
We will notify you via email once your return is received at our warehouse. From receipt of this email, it will take 1-5 workdays until the money will show in your bank account/your invoice is adjusted.
*When using the prepaid label that came in your parcel.

How do I exchange a product?
At this time Uhip is unable to offer exchanges.
For now, you may return your original item and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
