As soon as you notice that something is wrong with your purchased Uhip product, please contact us by filling out this form. We do our best to handle your complaint as quickly as possible, normally we will get back to you within 2-5 working days.

Complain about a used garment

To complain about a used garment, you have to register an errand, answer a few questions and upload a picture; it only takes a few minutes. If you purchased in our webshop, you need your order number. In other cases, you can leave the field for the order number blank and register an errand anyway.
Once we receive your errand, we will get back to you as soon as we can. Generally within 2-5 working days. During high season, promotions and holidays, the process for complaints can take about 14 days.

Follow the instructions for making a return, mark the reason "Claim" on the packing slip. Please clarify that it's a complaint on the packing slip that you send with the package. Then make a return with the return label you received in your package. If you wish, order a new garment in our webshop. As soon as we receive the defective garment, we will credit your invoice.
