Terms & Conditions

When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Uhipwear AB. To fulfill our obligations as a retailer, you are required to provide accurate contact details, payment information, and any other necessary data. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information submitted is correct. Uhipwear AB cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.


Once your order is received, we will automatically send an email confirmation with the order details. Please note that Uhipwear AB disclaims responsibility for delivery if the stock balance was inaccurate at the time of your order. Should we be unable to deliver your order as confirmed, you will be notified by email.


By placing an order, you also accept the terms and conditions for payments handled via Qliro (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland) or Adyen, as well as deliveries managed by DHL, UPS, Budbee, or PostNord.

Webshop Information

At Uhip, we strive to maintain accuracy and avoid errors in our webshop. However, mistakes or incomplete information in texts, images, graphics, or other materials may occasionally occur. In such cases, and within the limits permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for any damages caused unless they result from gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.


We always aim to represent the products available on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on product pages perfectly match the actual product colors. Variations may occur due to your device’s color and display settings; therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact match.


We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any products, services, or information displayed in our webshop at any time and without prior notice.

Prices

All prices are displayed, including VAT, and are valid until further notice. For products included in special campaigns, the prices are only applicable during the campaign period. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, significant currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, or the introduction of new statutory fees. In cases of obvious pricing errors, Uhip reserves the right to cancel the order.


The total price, including all applicable fees, such as VAT, shipping, and payment costs, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Discount Codes

Occasionally, private customers may receive special discount offers requiring a unique discount code during checkout. These discount codes are personal and valid only for a limited time, as stated in the terms for each specific code. Please ensure the discount code is applied at checkout, as you cannot add it retroactively.


In case of misuse or violation of the terms related to discount codes, Uhip reserves the right to charge the customer the full price of the products after the fact.

Campaigns

Our promotional offers are time-limited and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the campaign period. If you placed an order shortly before a campaign started, you are welcome to return your order and place a new one at a discounted price, following our return policy.


For bundled offers (e.g., "Buy 3, Pay for 2"), if you return part of the offer, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the regular price for the remaining items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at support@uhipwear.com.


Prices are adjusted based on trends, stock levels, and customer demand. Price adjustments or campaigns do not entitle you to a refund of the price difference.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days. The return period starts from the day you receive the product or a significant part of it. For custom-made items or products with a clear personal touch, the return period starts from the day we provide the necessary information.


To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You may inspect the product carefully, but it cannot be used. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, the right to return will no longer apply. To process a return, please send the product back to us. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return policy by returning the product and placing a new order on our website.


We’re delighted if you choose to gift a Uhip garment as a Christmas present. If the gift doesn’t quite fit, we offer an extended return period until January 15th for purchases made between November 25th and December 15th.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the missing product. We will also refund your payment for the unavailable item within 14 days.


We do not backorder items temporarily out of stock and reserve the right to adjust stock information on our website. Items that are temporarily out of stock must be reordered later.

Order & Delivery

We ship orders using DHL, UPS, PostNord, or Budbee and deliver the package to your preferred pickup location.


Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder.


Track & Manage Your Order

You will receive an email when we begin processing your order. Once your package has been shipped, we will confirm this via email. The email will include a link to a page where you can find the tracking number for your order, which can be used to track your shipment. The page will also have a button to register a potential return.


Unclaimed Packages or Undelivered Home Deliveries

For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling costs, which currently amount to SEK 250.


Delays and Partial Deliveries

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date and always reserve the right for potential delays. We aim to ship your entire order in one delivery; however, if a product is missing, the waiting time for your order may be slightly extended.

Marketing Communications

By placing an order, you agree to subscribe to Uhip’s newsletter and marketing communications via email and SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the messages.

Force majeure

Uhipwear is not liable for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances, including war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, changes in government regulations, failure to deliver by suppliers, or comparable situations beyond our control that could not have been foreseen or influenced at the time the agreements or contracts were signed.
