If you experience any issues with your Uhip, we are here to help make the process of filing a claim as smooth as possible.
Claim a used garment
Register your claim by sending an email to claim@uhipwear.com. State your name, address, phone number and order number. If you do not have an order number, please provide the information you have such as receipt, date and place of purchase etc and we will try to track your purchase. We will get back to you within 2-4 working days. During high season, campaigns and holiday periods, the processing time for complaints may take a little longer.
Claim a new garment
Have you received a garment that was defective or damaged during delivery? Contact us immediately at support@uhipwear.com and we will help you.
