Filing a Claim for a Used Garment
To submit a claim, please send an email to claim@uhipwear.com with the following details:
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Your order number
- If you don’t have an order number, include as much information as possible, such as a receipt, purchase date, or place of purchase, so we can assist in tracking your order.
We will respond within 2–4 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or holiday periods.
Filing a Claim for a New Garment
If you have received a defective garment or an item damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at support@uhipwear.com. Our team will assist you promptly in resolving the issue.
